During my 21 years as a real estate agent, I have consistently demonstrated traits that are important to my clients and to me.
My belief, that my relationship with my clients is a sacred trust, consistently has made me one of Long and Foster's top producers. For each client, a real estate transaction is more than an exchange of funds. It might be the largest financial investment they ever make. It might be the place where a young couple starts their family, or seniors live out their golden years. Whatever the clients' situation or needs, my duty is to provide them with the very best service I can.
That's the reason why I keep myself informed of market trends and activity. That's also why I have developed a network of multiple service providers such as title companies, mortgage brokers, bankers, home inspectors, and more should my clients may need such services.
In addition, I, personally, make sure that my clients are getting the best possible service. I have also developed a team of agents and administrators – The PJ Team!
The PJ Team holds itself to the highest standards of service in real estate. We work together as a team, keeping each other informed about the status of the clients, stepping in temporarily when a team member is out of the office, and being available for all-hands-on-deck activities such as a mega open house, door knocking in neighborhoods, or running one of our many educational seminars.

Originally hailing from Philadelphia, Tim is a long time (25 year) resident of Northern Virginia with a background in financial services and healthcare related businesses.

Sey-Lu Sujo
Born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua, Sey-Lu traveled frequently to the United States for 25 years before permanently relocating here in 2018. She joined Long & Foster following six years in retail management and an additional three as a registrar with the Fairfax County Public Schools.
With an undergraduate degree in marketing and advertising and a master’s degree in business, Sey-Lu understands the business fundamentals that drive the real estate market and is a skilled marketer of her listings. Her strong negotiating skills give her buyers and sellers a competitive edge. Sey-Lu is a self-described “people person,” bonding easily with clients and quickly earning their trust. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is excited to be able to help her diverse group of clients with the purchase or sale of their largest asset – their home.
When she’s not immersed in real estate, Sey-Lu enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with family and friends. She is also committed to giving back and is an active volunteer in her community.
