These traits and my belief that my relationship with my clients is a sacred trust, consistently have made me one of Long and Foster's top producers. For each client, a real estate transaction is more than an exchange of funds. It might be the largest financial investment they ever make. It might be the place where a young couple starts their family, or seniors live out their golden years. Perhaps it's the site where a start-up business will launch, or s growing business will expand. Whatever the clients' situation or needs, my duty is to provide them with the very best service I can.
That's the reason why I keep myself informed of market trends and activity. That's also why I have developed a network of multiple service providers such as title companies, mortgage brokers, bankers, home inspectors, and more should my clients may need such services.
In addition to what I, personally, have done to make sure that my clients are getting the best possible service, I have also developed a team of agents and administrators. The PJ Team holds itself to the highest standards of service in real estate: mine. In addition, to embodying the characteristics listed above that are critical to our clients, we work together as a team, keeping each other informed about the status of the clients, stepping in temporarily when a team member is out of the office, and being available for all-hands-on-deck activities such as a mega open house, door knocking in neighborhoods, or running one of our many educational seminars.
